Job Description

Training Coordinator– this role coordinates all activities regarding our in-house Distributor Training sessions for our Sales team and our Technical team. This happens about 8 times a year and we use iPads in these training sessions.

Strong Technology Aptitude – This role acts as the Administrator for our Mobile Applications for our Apple devices, especially iPads. Responsible for their update using user-friendly “back office” tools to keep them current. Also acts as the administrator for our e-commerce program for our Distributors to enter orders.

Sales Support – supports our internal Sales Team with reports and any other support they need in driving sales and working with our distributors.

Overview of Position:

It’s a busy and fun environment with a lot of variety to fill your day.  Will perform a wide variety of duties and assume a leadership role in coordinating and supporting the Sales initiatives and projects.  Coordinate Sales and Service training seminars conducted.  Provide support to our Sales team and our distributors and participate in activities that contribute to increasing sales and gross margin.

 

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, participate and lead the implementation of the annual Sales initiatives that focus on distributor development and training, new product releases, and increasing sales and profitability.
  • Coordinate all activities regarding Sales and Technical training seminars conducted at company for distributor education. This includes coordination of transportation, lodging, and other distributor arrangements for the training session as required. Also includes preparing iPads for use during class.
  • Acts as the Administrator for our Mobile Applications for smartphones and iPads. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the Apps by editing and updating the app content using the “back office” tools provided by software designer. When needed, troubleshoot problems and test to ensure solutions are correct and resolve the issue.
  • Responsible for the the pictures on iCustomer, e-commerce program. This includes uploading all pictures, text, modifying pictures for fit, etc. This also includes taking and editing pictures along with coordinating photo sessions with photographer.
  • Develop and maintain the database of Distributor personnel email contact information. Information to be used internally for electronic communication.
  • As requested, prepare and electronically distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to internal sales team and distributors.

Track sales and report as needed for Distributor sales contests

  • Participate on Sales projects as requested. Prepare Sales documents promoting and supporting products, including competitive comparisons.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
