Job Description

  • Assemble Sandwiches, Salads, Entrees and Desserts
  • Follow daily production schedule
  • Adhere to and comply with all food safety, food quality and GMP policies
  • Follow Plant Safety rules, Lock-out Tag-out requirements and use personal protective equipment when appropriate
  • Support line changeovers
  • Accurately placing product into the appropriate trays
  • Assisting in the staging of product for truck loading
  • Identify and correct labeling
  • Adhere to and comply with all food safety, food quality and GMP policies.
  • Must be able to work in a 35 Degree Fahrenheit cooler
