We are a recognized leader in Wisconsin and the surrounding states in providing qualified CDL drivers to our clients that we have partnered with. We currently recruit and place candidates for LTL carriers, Dedicated Fleets, Private Fleets, Third Party Logistics Companies and for hire carriers.
We recruit qualified candidates for each client based on their particular needs, parameters & qualifications. We place candidates on either a Temp to Perm basis, Direct Hire Placement or Long-Term Temp basis.
Our candidates are all screened/interviewed prior to submittal. We provide DQ Files that include a Nationwide Criminal Check, MVR report, Past Employer Checks & Pre Employment DOT Drug Screen. All candidates are also in an active Random Drug Screening pool while they are employed through us. This reduces HR & Recruiting costs, Reduced benefit costs, Lower exposure to workers compensation risk, Save on Payroll taxes, Cost savings on Tax reporting, Save on Pre Employment testing and screening.
