Description/Responsibilities
• The
employee must possess good understanding of the process flo through the
various machines and processing tanks, and should possess good
troubleshooting skills and be able to quickly react to urgent situations if
needed to ensure batches of product are processed correctly
• Must possess good ability to interact with a touch screen computer control
console that is used to make adjustments to process variables
• Will be performing routine quality checks on an hourly basis, requiring
occasional walking around work are to gather levels of materials within
holding tanks, sugar levels, etc
• There are 2 MF/RO operators within the facility on all shifts, one
dedicated to each processing line

Physical
Requirements:
• Will experience occasional above shoulder height reaching of 60” when
interacting with compute control consoles to adjust machine settings
• Above shoulder reaching with light forces, not lifting objects above
shoulder heights
• Employee can either sit or stand throughout the majority of the shift-
expected to stand constantly and sit occasionally on a stool besides the
control console
• Experiences minimal lifting of step ladders weighing 35# from floor level
to approx. waist high (32”)
• Will be lifting specialized cleaning equipment during the CIP process,
requiring to lift up to 62#, using an upward pulling motion when hauling a
mobile cleaning machine up a stairway
• The employee is responsible for completing various CIP task every 21 days
as needed, generally involving control panel operation and spraying down
machine surfaces using pressurized water hoses

$19.10 per hour
• 12/hr Rotating Shift (Overtime as needed)
• The position would be on a 2-2-3 rotation from either 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 4
p.m. to 4 a.m. dependent upon the shift placement.
